Maternity policy

In addition to Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) the Company offers enhanced maternity pay to employees who have satisfactorily completed their probationary period, as follows:

·                3 months at 100% of your normal basic salary.

A return to work bonus of 1 month’s basic salary, payable in the month of return, if you return to work within 6 months of the commencement of your maternity leave.

Paternity policy
